Customer Success Story - Two-Pager & Video Interview

Led the development of compelling customer success story by identifying a strong use case and coordinating directly with the customer to conduct on-camera interviews. Managed the full video production process, including filming, editing, and publishing of final polished interview. Extracted key messaging and story beats from the video to craft a concise, sales-focused two-pager, handling both copy and design, to support easy distribution and engagement. Maintained the asset’s version history for internal teams to ensure ongoing usability and relevance.

In-Person Conference - Event Production & Content Recap

Played a key role in the planning and execution of the company’s first in-person conference, contributing across creative and operational functions. Led the design and production of all digital and on-site signage, while managing venue logistics and coordinating with A/V vendors to ensure a seamless experience. Captured the event through photography and videography, then edited and produced visual content for post-event use. Authored a concise written recap to engage attendees and extend the event’s impact beyond the day of.

Product Release Webinar - Production & Blog Recap

Collaborated with executives, product, and sales teams to develop and execute a hybrid product release webinar featuring both live and pre-recorded content. Directed and produced the entire experience—creating all digital assets and motion graphics, editing pre-recorded segments, and live-producing the broadcast for a seamless viewer experience. Authored a follow-up blog post to clearly communicate key feature announcements and provide a digestible recap for customers and stakeholders.

Designed and produced the main slide deck for the company’s first in-person conference, delivering cohesive visual branding and polished presentation content. Provided layout design, branding alignment, and copy-editing support to ensure clarity and impact. Coordinated with the A/V team to meet all technical specifications and formatting requirements, ensuring a smooth and professional on-site presentation.

Product Demo Video - Scriptwriting & Full Production

Identified a content gap alongside the product and sales teams and led the creation of an engaging demo video to better inform prospects and customers. Researched and tested newly released features, then outlined and wrote a compelling script to guide the narrative. Managed end-to-end production—including filming, animation, editing, and voiceover—and published the final video across web, social media, and other key distribution channels.
